Hi, I'm Jen! I graduated hair school in 2003 and then took some time to stay home with my young kids before going into the hair industry full time. I started working for a company and then became store manager specializing in men and boys haircuts in 2006. I opened my own business in Lee's Summit in 2011. I moved to Raymore in 2014 and am moving my business to my hometown in 2022!
One reason I believe I have been successful is I always treat my clients like family.
ANGELA SMITH
Hello, I'm Angela smith and I've been doing hair since 2003. I'm dual licensed in the state of Missouri, having both barber and cosmetology licenses.
My passion is to create a custom experience for each customer while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Head shave? Growing out your beard? I'm with you on the adventure and as excited as you are. Let's create your look while refreshing your identity!
SKYLAR BOTTERON
Hi, my name is Skylar! I have been a licensed esthetician since 2015 but I have doing full body waxing since 2017. My goal for each appointment is to give you the best experience and leave being completely satisfied. I love what I do and love that I get to make my clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
MELISSA BULLARD
Hi! My name is Melissa Bullard and I’m SO happy to be joining 319! I feel so lucky everyday that I get to do this job, which I’ve been doing now for 8 years! (Mom, can you even believe that? )
I am certified in tape and beaded weft extensions. Full disclosure, once you try them… you’ll never go back. Blended and low maintenance colors are one of my favorite things to do as well, they are just so yummy, makes me want a Reese’s. Blondes will always have a special place in my heart.
If I’m not at the shop, I’m probably at home hanging out with my man child, my 6 year old bestie and our wild child puppy dog. Life is never dull here!

JENNIFER TREMAIN DUDGEON

My name’s Jenn and I’m a master stylist specializing in extension and smoothing treatments. I’ve lived in Kansas my entire life and wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home. I’ve been a licensed stylist since 2004 and I love what I do now more than ever!
I always strive to provide you with education and solutions to solve the difficulties you may have with your hair, all the while achieving the results you are looking for in between your color appointments. When I'm serving you I understand you're taking time out of your busy schedule to have a relaxing & rejuvenating experience and that’s what I plan on providing.
Aside from being a passionate stylist, I am also a wife, a mother of two and a huge animal lover.
JENNA COLLIER
With 14 years of nursing experience in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department, Jenna has spent the majority of her career supporting patients and families through some of the most critical and challenging moments of their health journeys. This extensive hands-on experience has sparked a new approach toward healthcare—shifting the focus from crisis management to proactive prevention and wellness.
Jenna is now dedicated to providing personalized, science-backed therapies designed to optimize health, increase vitality, and promote overall well-being. Specializing in IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and other innovative wellness treatments, Revitalize Hydration & Wellness LLC aims to help clients achieve their health goals, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and improve sleep quality, all while preventing illness and supporting long-term wellness.
When she’s not working, Jenna enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, staying active at the gym, and relaxing with friends. Driven by a passion for helping others live their best lives, Jenna combines years of clinical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to health that empowers individuals to stay ahead of potential health issues, not just react to them.
